Referral Rewards Program

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Hybrid Roofing and Renovations LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") Referral Program ("Program"). By participating, you ("Referrer") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• Referrers must be at least 18 years old and residents of the United States.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Hybrid Roofing and Renovations LLC are not eligible.
• The Program is void where prohibited by law.

2. How the Program Works

• A "Referral" occurs when a new customer ("Referred Customer") is introduced to us by the Referrer and signs a qualifying contract.
• A qualifying contract is any job valued over $3,000 before tax.
• The Referred Customer must not be an existing or previous customer of Hybrid Roofing and Renovations LLC.
• The Referrer must be the first person to submit the Referred Customer's information through our official referral submission form or in writing.

3. Reward Structure

Rewards are issued per completed and paid qualifying job referred:

• 1st Referral: $500
• 2nd Referral: $750
• 3rd Referral: $1,000
• 4th Referral and beyond: $1,500 each

4. Reward Conditions

• Rewards are issued only after the referred project is signed, completed, and fully paid in full.
• Payments are made via check or other agreed method within 30 days of job completion.
• Rewards are considered taxable income; the Referrer is responsible for any applicable taxes.
• A Referred Customer can only be linked to one Referrer.

5. Limitations & Disqualifications

A referral will be ineligible if:

• The referral information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent.
• The referred project is canceled, refunded, or reduced below the $3,000 qualifying amount.
• The Referred Customer's contact information was already in our database prior to submission.
• The Referrer engages in spam, misleading, or unethical marketing to obtain referrals.

6. Program Changes

Hybrid Roofing and Renovations LLC reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
• Adjust reward amounts, payment methods, or qualifying criteria.
• Disqualify any participant who violates these Terms.

7. Liability

Hybrid Roofing and Renovations LLC is not responsible for:

• Technical issues preventing referral submission or processing.
• Lost, delayed, or misdirected communications.
• Any damages or losses resulting from participation in the Program.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to conflict of law principles.
